Key Technical Parameters: Core Selection Basis

- Base Glass Thickness: Common float/tempered glass base material thicknesses are 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. The thickness of composite structures (laminated/insulating) is adjusted according to the combination method, such as "6+0.76PVB+6 colored enamel laminated glass" or "6 colored enamel + 12A + 6 insulated glass".

- Visible Light Transmittance (Tvis): Approximately 30%-70% for partially colored enamel glass (varies with enamel coverage), ≤5% for full-width colored enamel glass, and a transmittance gradient of 5%-70% for gradient colored enamel glass.

- Shading Coefficient (Sc): Sc value of 0.2-0.5 for full-width colored enamel glass, and 0.3-0.7 for partially colored enamel glass, depending on the enamel color (darker enamel provides better shading) and coverage.

- Weather Resistance: After 2000 hours of UV aging test, the color difference ΔE ≤ 2.0, with no obvious fading or cracking; after acid and alkali corrosion test, the surface shows no damage.

- Adhesion: Using a cross-cut test, the glaze adhesion is ≥ Grade 1 (no large-area peeling after cross-cutting); after abrasion resistance test, the surface shows no obvious scratches.

- Wind Pressure Resistance: The tempered colored glaze glass has a wind pressure resistance rating of ≥ Grade 3 (≥ 2.5 kPa), which meets the wind pressure requirements of high-rise building curtain walls.
