Product Parameters
Insulating glass is primarily used in buildings requiring heating, air conditioning, noise reduction, condensation prevention, and protection from direct sunlight or special lighting conditions. It is widely used in residences, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, schools, hospitals, shops, and other places requiring indoor air conditioning. It can also be used for doors and windows in trains, automobiles, ships, and refrigerated containers.
Triple-glazed double-cavity insulated glass
Triple-glazed double-cavity insulated glass consists of three layers of flat glass. A high-efficiency, high-airtightness composite adhesive is used to bond and seal the three panes of glass to the sealing strip and glass strip. Dry gas is filled in the middle, and a desiccant is placed inside the frame to ensure the dryness of the air between the glass panes.

Product Characteristics
A certain cavity is left between the glass panes of the insulated glass. Therefore, it possesses excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation, and other properties. By filling the space between the glass panes with various light-diffusing materials or dielectrics, even better sound control, light control, and heat insulation effects can be achieved. The thermal conductivity of glass is 27 times that of air; as long as the insulated glass is sealed, it achieves optimal thermal insulation. Using insulated glass improves the safety performance of the glass; when using the same thickness of original glass panes, the wind pressure resistance of insulated glass is 1.5 times that of ordinary single-pane glass.
Basic Structure
Insulated glass consists of two or more layers of flat glass. The edges are sealed with a high-strength, high-airtightness composite adhesive, bonding the two or more panes of glass to the sealing strip and glass strip. Dry gas is filled in the space between the panes, and a desiccant is placed inside the frame to ensure the dryness of the air between the glass panes. Various types of glass sheets with different properties can be selected according to requirements, such as colorless transparent float glass, patterned glass, heat-absorbing glass, heat-reflective glass, wired glass, tempered glass, etc., and then bonded, welded or fused with frames (aluminum frames or glass strips, etc.).
